Viktoria Volovenko, Head of Analytics Department

Viktoria Volovenko joined UkraineInvest in June 2023 as an investment advisor of the Investment Advisory Department, providing support in the implementation of FDI projects and ensuring communication with state authorities, management of FDI companies and other interested parties (development agencies, business associations etc).

As a head of the Analytics department, she is responsible for conducting research and developing strategic programs.

Victoria played an important role in the analysis of investment activity and accounting of land plots and investment objects in the Lviv region. She has experience in creating investment passports of territorial communities and relevant proposals for foreign investors, increasing the attractiveness of the region on world markets.

The master’s degree in tourism and management of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, combined with professional experience in investment analysis and community development, allows to effectively navigate the intricacies of the investment landscape.

Tetiana Babych, Analyst, Analytics Department

Tetiana joined the UkraineInvest team in the spring of 2023 and performs the duties of an analyst at the Analytics Department. Responsible for conducting research and providing investors with reliable and up-to-date analytics.

In 2010, Tetiana graduated with honors from the Institute of International Relations of NAU and received a full higher education in the specialty “International Economic Relations”, and in 2013 she supplemented her professional qualifications with a full higher education in the field of law, graduating with honors from the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman with a specialty “Legal Regulation of the Economy” and obtained the Master of Law qualification. In 2018, she defended her dissertation at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, majoring in “World Economy and International Economic Relations” and received a Candidate of Economic Sciences degree.

Tetiana’s professional experience covers the economist and senior economist positions in an aviation company. For more than thirteen years, Tetiana has taught and researched at Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics as an associate professor of the Department of International Management. She was a participant in many analytical studies on the development of the economy, improvement of the investment climate, and development of the innovation potential of Ukraine and the regions, carried out on the order of the government of Ukraine, ministries, and other state institutions. As a guest analyst, she assisted foreign companies in conducting research on management excellence.
