The State Institution “Investment Promotion Office” cooperates with persons who report in good faith possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”. Persons who assist in the prevention and detection of corruption are protected by the state.
If you have reliable information concerning a specific person and containing verifiable facts regarding violations of the Law by officials of the Investment Promotion Office, you may report in the following manner, with attribution.
We note that a report may also be made without attribution (anonymously).
An anonymous report of a violation of anti-corruption legislation will be subject to consideration if the information contained therein relates to a specific person of the Investment Promotion Office, contains factual data supported by verifiable evidence.
