Polish export credit agency is ready to support investment projects in Ukraine

“We try to help Ukraine as much as we can. We have almost never stopped insuring trade and became the only credit and insurance agency to do so. We are happy with this decision and we will continue to act in this role,” – said Janusz Wladyczak, President of the Management Board of KUKE S.A,  at the FIT for Ukraine: Construction Materials Forum.

KUKE supports Polish exports and investments abroad. The Agency considers insurance for projects in Ukraine as one of its priorities, considering that Ukraine is among the top 10 importers of products from Poland.

Moreover, KUKE is currently offering a “Reconstruction of Ukraine” financing programme and is ready to help find financing, suppliers in Poland and insure new projects of Polish national and foreign businesses.

“The basis of our approach is the reconstruction of Ukraine as such,” – assured the Agency President.

According to Janusz Wladyczak, KUKE is ready to insure sovereign risks, business risks, political risks and force majeure. The company is open to cooperation with foreign and Ukrainian banks, credit and export agencies and financial institutions to support the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine.

The online forum FIT (Forum on Investments and Transformation) for Ukraine: Construction Materials was held on March 30. During the forum, actual analytics on the needs of Ukraine in the field of construction materials were presented. UkraineInvest organized the event.
