“Manufacturing is one of the main drivers of the Ukrainian economy. In this context, the UkraineInvest team has developed a unique program, “Make in UA,” which aims to turn Ukraine into a European manufacturing hub and improve the country’s investment climate to the level of the best world standards. I’m sure that a strong local investor and successful business cases will intensify the inflow of investments into the country.”
UkraineInvest’ Executive Director Sergiy Tsivkach stated this during the panel discussion “UkraineInvest Talks: Make in UA. Investment Opportunities for Regional Development,” which he moderated within the International Conference “Kharkiv: Development and Investment.”
Mechanisms that help attract investment to the regions of Ukraine, the prospects for localizing production, and interaction between business and government for the efficient implementation of Ukraine’s investment potential were the main topics of the conversation.
