International investment has no place in russia

No private business can trust a country that has invaded its neighbor for no reason, as its assets may eventually be arbitrarily seized and nationalized. Companies need to understand that russia is not a business partner they can rely on.

This message was voiced by UkraineInvest CEO Sergiy Tsivkach to the American TV channel CNBC.

“Such companies need to make a decision as soon as possible, because it is not only about ending the war and our victory, but also about the inability of any reputable international company to work in russia during and after the war. The aggressor should not receive any investments from international companies,” said Sergiy Tsivkach.

He also noted that Ukraine is interested in those companies that have stopped investing in russia:

“UkraineInvest has identified about 200 global companies that have stopped investing in russia. We keep in touch with them to give them the opportunity to build production facilities in Ukraine”.
