During 2022 over 34,000 agro companies received loans worth UAH 72,5 bln. The absolute leader in the volume of lending is Kyiv Region with an amount of UAH 11 billion. Also among the leaders are Vinnytsia (7 billion 446 million UAH), Kirovohrad Region (6 billion 696 million UAH), Dnipropetrovsk Region (5 billion 122 million UAH), Odesa Region (4 million 837 million UAH). PrivatBank, Raiffeisen Bank, Ukrgasbank, Oschadbank, Ukreximbank, Kredi Agricol Bank, and PUMB issued the most loans to agro producers. The government continues to support micro, small and medium businesses through lending. Entrepreneurs can get a loan for the restoration of production facilities at 9% for a period of up to 5 years in the amount of up to UAH 60 million (excluding previously issued loans under state support programs). Fulfillment of obligations under such loans will be partly (up to 80%) ensured by a state guarantee. In addition, agricultural producers can apply for state subsidies, targeted, subsidized credit programs, loans and technical assistance from the EU and other international donors on the online platform of the State Agrarian Register.
