The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority and JV Risoil Terminal LLC signed a cooperation agreement on implementing interrelated projects in the harbour of Chornomorsk seaport

The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority and JV Risoil Terminal LLC (a subsidiary of Swiss RISOIL S.A.) signed a cooperation agreement about implementing interrelated projects in the harbour of Chornomorsk seaport (Odesa region).

In particular, under the agreement, JV RISOIL TERMINAL LLC plans to build a double-sided pier almost 340 meters long at the port of Chornomorsk. The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority, for its part, will carry out dredging works on the approaches to the pier with a depth of 15 m. The project envisages attracting investments of 40 million U.S. dollars.

⚓ Thus, another double-sided pier will appear in Ukraine, which can receive and handle large-capacity vessels with high quality.

🤝 The meeting took place in the presence of H.E. Claude Wild, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Switzerland to Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova. The participants also discussed investment opportunities for Swiss businesses in Ukraine.
