Oschadbank has started accepting applications under the second stage of the German government’s grant support program for lending to micro, small and medium-sized businesses

In the second phase of the project, the investment budget has been significantly increased to EUR 5.6 mln. The grants will cover up to 30% of the cost of an investment project.

Priority sectors for funding are the food and textile industries, processing and export of Ukrainian products.

In addition, the program focuses on relocated enterprises and businesses in the de-occupied territories.

Companies can receive funding in the amount of up to EUR 30,000 in the Ukrainian hryvnia equivalent.

The grant program is open to enterprises with up to 250 employees and an annual income of up to EUR 10 mln, which have not received international technical assistance since February 1, 2022, and have no debts to the state budget. A positive credit history is very important.

The program “Access to Finance and Resilience Support for MSMEs in Ukraine – Phase II” is funded by the German government under the international cooperation program ReACT4UA (Resilience/Recovery – Accession – Competitiveness – Trade), which is implemented by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in cooperation with the Deutsche Sparkassenstiftung für Internationale Kooperation (DSIK) and the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF).
