On April 21, UkraineInvest, the government investment promotion office, will hold the second online event «Logistic hubs and industrial parks» as part of the Forum on Investment & Transformation for Ukraine.
FIT for Ukraine – platform promoting investments opportunities for economic transformation of Ukraine.
The total amount of direct damage caused to Ukraine’s infrastructure and logistics due to the war has increased to almost $144 billion. This has led to unprecedented challenges and supply chains disruptions for businesses in Ukraine, the region and globally. Ukraine, however, remains resilient in terms of restoring logistic operations, and planning reconstruction according to best international standards.
The role of the private sector in the reconstruction of logistics in Ukraine will be important in terms of attracting financing and the latest technologies. The opportunities for private companies will be significant, and can be implemented through various mechanisms, including PPP, greenfield operations, or JVs with local businesses.
During the event all interested to invest in Ukraine, and participate in the rebuilding of its logistics sector will receive the latest analytical data, information about available investment incentives, and listen to presentations of the companies that are already planning, or launching investment projects.
