Executive Director of UkraineInvest took part in the Clusters Meet Regions discussion, which was organized by the European Commission in Slovakia

Executive Director of UkraineInvest Sergiy Tsivkach took part in the Clusters Meet Regions discussion on 29th of March, which was organized by the European Commission in Slovakia. Representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises and clusters interested in the Ukrainian market were invited to participate.

UkraineInvest Executive Director performed an online presentation: “Opportunities for partnership between Ukrainian and EU businesses” during the discussion panel “Investment Funds and Interregional Cooperation”.

The main focus of the presentation was on investment incentives for small and medium-sized enterprises, such as State Program “Affordable Loans 5%–7%–9%”, the eRobota grant program, investment incentives in the agricultural sector, as well as specific investment cases.

The participants also discussed the results of UkraineInvest’s activities in 2022, consulting services and other support tools, that UkraineInvest team provides to investors.

The list of speakers of the event included representatives of government agencies of Ukraine and Slovakia, experts of the Directorate-Generals of the European Commission for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR), for Research and Innovation (DG RTD), for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) and also Director of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.
