On Wednesday, February 22, at 15:00, the press center of the Ukrinform news agency (8/16 B. Khmelnytsky St.) will host a press conference of the Government Office for Investment Promotion and Support UkraineInvest on “Attracting investments to Ukraine during a full-scale war: results of the UkraineInvest Government Office.”
The press conference will be attended by:
David Arakhamia – Member of Parliament, Head of the parliamentary faction of the political party “Servant of the People”; Chairman of the Supervisory Board, UkraineInvest;
Oleh Nemchinov – Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, UkraineInvest;
Rustem Umerov, Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine;
Sergiy Tsivkach – Executive Director of UkraineInvest.
During the press conference, the speakers will discuss Ukraine’s investment potential and UkraineInvest’s plans for 2023 and announce investment projects to be launched in Ukraine shortly.
UkraineInvest, the government office for attracting and supporting investments, is already actively attracting and supporting investment projects to bring the country’s economy to a qualitatively new level. It is essential to understand that the war is not an obstacle to investment activity in Ukraine. On the contrary, those businesses planning their projects now will be among the first to start implementing them after the Victory.
As of February 2023, UkraineInvest supports 17 projects totaling USD 2.3 billion.
