Iryna Panchenko, Head of Administrative Service
Iryna is responsible for administrative, logistical and documentary support.
Iryna has a degree in organization management (customs manager).
Before joining the UkraineInvest team, she spent more than 10 years working at the Kyiv Customs.

Karen Mkrtumian, Administrative Manager
Karen joined the team of UkraineInvest in early 2019 and is responsible for the organization of document flow in the office and provides work on labor protection and fire safety.
Previously Karen worked in international logistics companies, in government agencies – the Ministry of Industrial Policy, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
In 2000, Karen graduated from the National Technical University “KPI” and received a degree in “Management of Organizations” for the qualification of manager – economist. In 2011, Karen graduated with honors from the National University “Odessa Law Academy” and received a full higher education in “Civil Service” and qualified as a civil service specialist.
Bohdanna Duma, Assistant to the Executive Director of UkraineInvest
Bohdanna Duma joined the UkraineInvest team in 2024 as Assistant to Acting Executive Director Oleksandr Melnychenko.
She is an international relations specialist with over 7 years of experience in the public sector. During this time, Bohdanna has successfully implemented more than 40 projects and mentored 5 teams, working in areas such as gender policy, accessibility and youth policy. She also has 4 years of experience as an assistant director in the field of humanitarian and social policy.
One of Bohdanna’s key achievements is the development of the concept of youth peace diplomacy, which was included in the Top 5 Youth Diplomacy Cases of 2023 in Ukraine. She continues to actively develop this field and seeks to extend it to the international arena.
