Anna Pelykh, Senior Associate 

Anna Pelykh joined UkraineInvest in March 2023 and currently occupies the position of a Legal Expert of Legal Affairs and Regulatory Policy Department.

Before joining UkraineInvest Anna worked as an assistant attorney in the areas of administrative and civil law. She also occupied the position of chief specialist of the Department for State Representation in Complex Cases of the Office of State Representation in Civil and Criminal Cases of the Secretary of the Agent before European Court of Human Rights, where she formed the state’s position in cases pending before the European Court of Human Rights.

Anna has obtained a bachelor and master degree in Law at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Ella Nelha, Senior Associate 

Ella joined the team in early 2023 as a legal expert at the Legal Affairs and Regulatory Policy Department of UkraineInvest.

Before joining UkraineInvest Ella worked at the legal service of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries where she was engaged in the representation of the state body in the courts and the implementation of legal expertise of draft acts and decisions of the Commission. In addition, Ella has experience in the field of human rights protection, which she received while working in the Office of the Government Agent of Ukraine for the European Court of Human Rights.

Ella has obtained a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Law at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Oleksii Gronik, Associate 

Oleksii Gronik joined the UkraineInvest team in February 2024 and holds the position of Associate within the UkraineInvest Legal Affairs and Regulatory Policy Department.

Before joining UkraineInvest, Oleksii worked at the Secretariat of the Commissioner for the European Court of Human Rights as a Senior Specialist in the Department of State Representation in Repeated Cases at the State Representation in Civil and Criminal Cases Division. In this role, he contributed to shaping the state’s position in administrative, civil, and criminal law matters before the European Court of Human Rights.

Oleksii earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in Kharkiv.
