Maksym Bondarenko, Head of Investment Advisory Department
Maksym joined UkraineInvest in February 2023 and occupies the position of Acting Head, providing support for FDI projects implementation and ensuring communication with public authorities, FDI companies officials and other influential stakeholders (development agencies, business associations, etc.). Key areas of expertise are agricultural processing and manufacturing of building materials.
Maksym is Ukrainian qualified commercial lawyer with over 15 years of professional experience. Maksym has a master`s degree in corporate law (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv)
Andrii Ryzvaniuk, Investment Advisor, Investment Advisory Department
Andrii joined UkraineInvest in April 2020 and occupies the position of investment advisor, providing support for FDI projects` implementation and ensuring communication with public authorities, FDI companies’ officials and other influential stakeholders (development agencies, business associations, etc). Key areas of expertise are real estate, logistics and waste management.
Since November 2019 Andii works as Advisor to the Head of State Property Fund of Ukraine.
Andrii has 20 years experience in international business as a Duputy General Manager of Sumitomo Corporation Kyiv Representative Office, so he has an expert experience in project management, international trade, cooperation with government agencies and business associations.
Andrii has a master`s degree in international economics (Institute of International Relations of Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University), successfully passed the courses on management and leadership in Geneva (Switzerland) and Tokyo (Japan).
Nazar Kohut, Investment Advisor, Investment Advisory Department
Nazar joined the team of UkraineInvest in March 2023 and holds the position of an Investment Advisor in the Investment Advisory Department, providing support in the implementation of FDI projects and ensuring communication with government authorities, management of companies engaged in FDI and other stakeholders (development agencies, business associations, etc.). Key areas of expertise: real estate, land transactions, logistics.
Nazar has experience in supporting export and import operations. He has worked in commercial real estate consulting. He supported projects in an international telecommunications company for main mobile operators in Ukraine. He has experience in legal support of polish — ukrainian business processes.
Nazar has graduated from the Ivan Franko State National University and Catholic University of Lublin, Poland.
Inna Storozhenko, Investment Advisor, Investment Advisory Department
Inna joined the UkraineInvest team in 2024 as an Investment Advisor in the Investment Advisory Department. She is responsible for working with international companies and small and medium-sized enterprises, advising on investment in Ukraine and the provisions of legislation on state support for projects involving significant investment, and coordinating interaction with the regions to work together on investment issues. Inna also represents UkraineInvest in inter-ministerial commissions and at international events.
She graduated from Donetsk National Technical University and Kyiv Mohyla Business School with a degree in Foreign Economic Activity and Marketing Management. Her professional experience includes work in the field of foreign economic activity, implementation of investment projects in Ukraine and the EU, analytical market research, support of companies and start-ups and investment banking. In particular, she has experience in managing investment funds and investment projects.
Natalia Synelnyk, Investment Advisor, Investment Advisory Department
Natalia joined the UkraineInvest team in 2023 as an Investment Advisor in the Investment Advisory Department. She is responsible for coordinating the office’s interaction with central executive authorities and other government agencies.
Natalia holds a bachelor’s degree from the Kyiv University of Food Technologies, specialising in entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities and heat and power engineering. Her professional experience includes organisational and documentary support of activities and interaction with central executive authorities.
Yevgen Sariy, Investment Advisor, Investment Advisory Department
Yevgen joined the UkraineInvest team in 2023 as a leading expert in investment attraction and support.
Yevgen is a specialist in accounting and auditing, with a focus on corporate finance and financial analysis. He has experience in programming, especially in the development and maintenance of accounting software.
