Sofia Fedchenko, Head of International Relations and Communications Department

Sofia joined the UkraineInvest team at the beginning of 2024 and occupies the position of the Head of International Relations and Communications.  

Sofia’s previous experience includes work in strategic communications and reputation management for state authorities, Ukrainian media holdings and charitable projects. Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, Sofia headed the communications department of the charity organization «Save Ukraine». Previously, she worked as a press secretary, spokesperson of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine during the COVID-19 pandemic, developed and headed the communication direction of child protection at the Office of the President of Ukraine (2016-2018). In addition, Sofia directed the largest charity project «1+1 Media Group», worked on the image of Ukrainian TV channels.  

Sofia received a higher education in the specialty of Journalism.

Ksenia Faichuk, Senior Communications Expert

Ksenia joined UkraineInvest in 2023 as a leading expert in communications and public relations. She is responsible for covering the activities and promoting the initiatives of the government office.

Ksenia graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a Master’s Degree in Philology.

Ksenia’s experience includes work in foreign economic activity, PR, SMM, corporate communications and reputation management in corporate business, business associations and other non-governmental organizations.

Yelyzaveta Isaieva, Senior Communications Expert

Yelyzaveta graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a Master’s degree in International Relations,Public Communications and Regional Studies.

She also holds a professional qualification as an expert on socio-political issues, focusing on foreign policy and national security.

Her previous experience includes working in the Department of International Cooperation, where she was responsible for the implementation of international bilateral and multilateral cooperation, information exchange and protocol support for international events.

Elina Shapovalova, Senior Communications Expert

Elina joined the UkraineInvest team at the beginning of 2021 as an investment consultant for investment projects in the field of recreation and leisure, tourism, arts and culture; as a specialist of the Department of Investor Attraction and Support in the Eastern region of Ukraine (Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Dnipro regions), as well as performing administrative and organisational functions, establishing and maintaining communication with relevant business associations on their cooperation with the state company “UKRAININVEST”.

Elina’s previous experience includes working as Vice President of the Donbass Youth Union, Economist at PJSC Donetsk Central Department Store, Deputy General Director for Marketing at Arnika ZTF LLC and Assistant to the President of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Elina graduated from Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University with a Master’s degree in International Economics. In 2018, she defended her dissertation at the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics and Business Management and received a PhD in Economics.

Inna Rakhlinska, Senior Communications Expert

Inna is responsible for the organization of UkraineInvest’s international events, in particular FIT for Ukraine – Forum on Investments and Transformation for Ukraine. FIT for Ukraine – is a series of investment forums for businesses interested in the rebuilding of Ukraine.  

Inna holds two degrees: a Master’s Degree in International Communications from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Master’s Degree in International Marketing from Rey Juan Carlos University, Madrid, Spain.

Inna’s previous experience is related to international communications both at the business and state level: from participation in global exhibitions and business events to diplomatic receptions.
