UkraineInvest Executive Director Sergiy Tsivkach met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Ukraine, Mr. Alisher Kurmanov, with the aim to deepen cooperation between the two countries in the field of investment.
The meeting was also attended by Bobur Rasulov, Counsellor for Economic and Commercial Affairs of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Ukraine, and the Head of Investment Advisory Department of UkraineInvest Oksana Tkachuk.
Potential ways of cooperation and attracting investments were identified, particularly in light industry, agriculture, renewable energy, and tourism. The parties stressed the importance of exchanging experience in technology and elaborating industrial cooperation between the countries.
During the meeting, it was agreed to develop an analytical study to present priority vectors for investment projects. Further practical cooperation also provides organizing a series of webinars to exchange experience in identified sectors.
