Ukraine remains the world’s leader in sunflower oil export

In the 2019/2020 marketing season, Ukraine increased sunflowers oil exports by 10% and reached almost 7 million tonnes, according to the Ukraine’s National Sunoil Producers Association.

This month the prices for the Ukrainian sunflower oil has increased drastically caused by the possibility of future decrease in the sunflower seed harvest and strong demand from importers.
