🤗 The 2019 assessment conducted by the World Bank within the Parallel European Commission Partnership Program for the Reform of Public Administration and Finances (EUoPAF) indicates the progress in the application of international public sector accounting standards made by the Government of Ukraine.
The report acknowledges the improvement of the macroeconomic and budget forecasting tools as well as increasing transparency in public financial management through the introduction of an open budget portal and e-procurement system – Prozorro. Compared to the 2015 PEFA Assessment, the 2019 report shows advancement in fiscal discipline, strategic allocation of the resources and the efficient use of the resources for service delivery.
