About UkraineInvest:
UkraineInvest is the national investment promotion office established by the Government of Ukraine to attract and facilitate investment into the Ukrainian economy.
The Office promotes priority investment projects, facilitates investor matchmaking, and supports investors throughout the full investment lifecycle. UkraineInvest works closely with government institutions, international financial organisations, global investors, and private sector stakeholders.
Acting as a key institutional bridge between the state, the business community, and international partners, UkraineInvest plays an important role in strengthening Ukraine’s investment environment and enabling the implementation of strategic investment projects.
About the Role:
The Legal Counsel provides comprehensive legal support for the operations and activities of UkraineInvest.
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting legal analysis of investment, corporate, and regulatory legislation;
• Developing and proposing solutions to address challenges faced by investors;
• Contributing to the preparation of proposals aimed at improving investment legislation;
• Supporting the Investment Advisory Team by drafting relevant legal and regulatory materials;
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents on behalf of UkraineInvest.
Requirements
• Higher education degree in Law;
• 1–3 years of professional experience in the legal field;
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken);
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
