Ukraine must choose its 2026 budget scenario and clarify reform strategy – IMF Mission Chief.
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) welcomed Ukraine’s 2026–2028 Budget Resolution, which includes two scenarios: the war ending this year or continuing into the next. The government must now determine which scenario will serve as the basis for the 2026 state budget.
