The Export Credit Agency (ECA) has signed the first war risk insurance contract for an investment loan.
Flexores is the first Ukrainian company to have its loan contract insured against war risks. The company manufactures products for flexographic and gravure printing and is a leading distributor of printing inks in Ukraine. To purchase the mini-CHP, the company entered into a loan investment agreement with MTB Bank under the 5-7-9% Affordable Loans Programme.

Ukrainian AI startup Osavul has raised USD 3 million in investment.
Osavul’s product helps analyse hundreds of messages and posts on social media and identify organised campaigns. The product is used by the National Security and Defence Council and the Ministry of Defence. Osavul will use the investment to enter new markets, including the US and the EU. The company also plans to expand its presence in the B2B segment and improve its AI algorithms.

The UK has announced a new USD 781 million aid package for Ukraine.
According to the FCO, the package includes USD 315 million announced for 2024-2025 for immediate humanitarian, energy and stabilisation needs, and to support reform, recovery and reconstruction. The package also includes USD 484 million in loan guarantees for World Bank loans aimed at strengthening economic stability by financing public services.

Ukrainian defence startup Swarmer has raised USD 2.7 million in investment from US funds.
The startup develops AI solutions for the management of swarms of drones. The R-G.AI investment is part of a broader strategic agreement that will create a new category of system solutions, including software and hardware.
