The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine announces a call for investment projects for the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025.
After the conference, the database of projects will be used to determine priorities for funding by international financial organisations and development finance institutions.

EUR 1.6 billion to support Ukrainian businesses — The EU has announced a call for proposals under the Ukraine Investment Framework.
On 7 March, the Steering Committee of the Ukraine Investment Framework announced a call for proposals for indirect bank lending to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The call aims to increase access to finance, in particular for businesses in war-affected regions, as well as businesses established by IDPs, veterans and other war-affected groups. It will also support de-mining activities.

Ukraine and France have approved a list of projects to restore critical infrastructure as part of a EUR 200 million agreement.
These include projects in health, energy, infrastructure and humanitarian demining.

A Turkish investor intends to implement a wind farm project in the Zhytomyr region.
A series of measures are currently being planned to determine the wind flows for the installation of the towers. The new power plant will provide the Zhytomyr region with an additional 100-200 MW of wind power.

Ukraine and the European Investment Bank have signed an agreement under the JASPERS programme to accelerate the implementation of investment projects.
The EIB and Ukraine signed an agreement to deploy a team of experts to support the implementation of EIB investments in Ukraine under the Ukraine Facility. The experts will help accelerate the preparation and implementation of key projects. Initially, the experts will focus on the energy, transport and social housing sectors, and will later cover other areas, including Public Investment Management (PIM) reform.
