The team from the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the State Institution «Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office» has launched a major update of the Diia.Business portal. This update includes a number of useful innovations that will help start, develop and scale businesses both in Ukraine and abroad.
The main goal is to improve the functionality of the portal and make it even more innovative and useful for entrepreneurs. From now on, Diia.Business will make it even easier and faster to find the information you need – from finding an idea to starting a business to entering foreign markets.
The updates to the Diia.Business portal are designed to simplify and improve business processes as much as possible, making them more efficient and accessible. Among them:
– a personal user account;
– a chatbot for easy navigation and quick search of content or services on personal request;
– a catalogue of business events and the ability to add them to Google Calendar;
– automated registration for initial consultations.
Ukrainian exporters can now use the tool to search for the UKTZED code when entering foreign markets. Other innovations include the ability to compare and prioritise financial programmes on the Financial Opportunities Marketplace.
We would like to remind you that Diia.Business users also have access to investment opportunities from Ukrainelnvest: relevant research, guides and news on significant investments.
Thanks to the integration of investment issues into key sections of Diia.Business, even more business representatives will have access to detailed information on forms of state support for projects with significant investments of more than EUR 12 million.
The teams of UkraineInvest and the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office are also working on the implementation of the «Attracting Investments» function in the «Financing» section of the Diia.Business portal. This will allow entrepreneurs to submit their projects requiring significant investment and receive organisational and advisory support in preparing investment applications to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, as well as other investor support until the project is completed.
