UkraineInvest to Support the Implementation of a USD 27 Million Resort and Recreation Project in the Vinnytsia Region

UkraineInvest – the Ukraine Government Investment Promotion Office – and Berehy Resort LLC have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at supporting and facilitating the implementation of an investment project in the resort and recreation sector. The document was signed by Maryna Khlystun, CEO of UkraineInvest, and Serhii Solomko, Director of Berehy Resort LLC.

The investment project envisages the development of a multifunctional resort and recreation complex with 75 hotel rooms in the Vinnytsia region, inspired by Ukrainian identity and Trypillian culture. The total investment volume is estimated at approximately USD 27 million. The project is expected to create around 200 new jobs, boost the region’s tourism potential, improve the quality of recreational and service offerings, and contribute to the overall well-being of the local community.

UkraineInvest will provide comprehensive support for the project both at the preparation stage and during implementation, following the signing of a Special Investment Agreement. In particular, UkraineInvest will deliver advisory support, facilitate constructive engagement with national and local authorities, and assist in the timely resolution of issues that may arise throughout the investment project’s implementation.
