UkraineInvest supports TERWIN investment project for the construction of the WinHub Logistics Complex

With the support of UkraineInvest, TERWIN Corporation is implementing a large-scale investment project to develop logistics infrastructure in Ukraine. Active preparations are underway for the first phase of the WINHUB logistics complex in Odessa, which will cover an area of 26,000 square metres.

The investment in the first phase of WinHub ‘Tavria’ is estimated at USD 18 million. Of this, USD 10 million accounts for the cost of the land. To date, 30% of the construction work has been completed and all the space in the first phase has been fully leased by tenants, including well-known Ukrainian retailers EVA and Varus.

In total, the “Tavria” logistics complex will be expanded to 350,000 square metres, with a total investment volume of USD 245 million. Furthermore, TERWIN plans to begin construction of a new complex in Kyiv. This project is part of the company’s broader strategy to create a network of Class “A” WINHUB logistics hubs covering 1 million square meters across the Kyiv, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk and Lviv regions. The total investment in the development of the network is approximately USD 700 million.

In November 2023, UkraineInvest and TERWIN signed a memorandum of understanding to support this investment project under the Law of Ukraine No.1116 “On State Support for Investment Projects with Significant Investments in Ukraine”. As part of the cooperation, UkraineInvest will provide the following services:

informational, advisory and organisational support during project preparation and implementation;
consultations on the preparation and submission of applications for state support under the law;
assistance in ensuring effective communication between the investor and government authorities;
assistance in solving any problems that may arise during the implementation of the project.
