UkraineInvest supports EUR 200 million investment project in Bucha

During the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome, a trilateral Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between White Star Real Estate, UkraineInvest, and the Bucha City Council.

The Memorandum paves the way for a large-scale investment project — the construction of the Bucha Industrial and Logistics Park with a total area of 250,000 square meters. The overall value of the project is estimated at EUR 200 million.

The Bucha Industrial and Logistics Park exemplifies effective cooperation between international business, national authorities, and local government. This project will contribute to post-war reconstruction and sustainable regional development, as well as the creation of new jobs and the attraction of foreign investment.

The project will be implemented in six phases on a 41-hectare site and will include the development of Class A infrastructure that meets the highest international standards.
