UkraineInvest seeks HR Manager

UkraineInvest is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join its team.

Responsibilities:

registration of recruitment, transfer and dismissal of employees;
participating in the organisation of recruitment activities for vacant positions, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
maintaining military records in accordance with current legislation;
ensuring personnel management, including drafting orders, processing and maintaining employees’ personal files;
advising employees on employment law and company policy;
monitoring and analysing HR processes and implementing measures to improve them.

Qualification requirements:

higher education in management/law/economics (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree);
fluency in the national language and at a level sufficient to perform the duties in English;
work experience in a similar position.

UkraineInvest is a modern state agency, established in 2018 to attract foreign investment into the Ukrainian economy and improve the country’s investment climate and image.

We work with international investors to inform them about investment opportunities in Ukraine and to support the implementation and maintenance of their investment projects in Ukraine.

This position requires working on the territory of Ukraine.
