UkraineInvest is seeking a Senior Expert to join its team in the International Relations and Communications Department

UkraineInvest is the Ukrainian government’s investment promotion office established in 2018 with the purpose of attracting foreign direct investment to Ukraine’s economy and improving the investment climate of the country.

Our team is committed to ensuring a constant dialogue between business and public authorities in order to inform foreign investors about Ukraine’s investment opportunities and accompany the implementation and support of their investment projects in Ukraine.

You are exactly the person we are looking for, if:

Your responsibilities will include:

developing a communication strategy together with the communications team;
establishing partnerships with the media, filling the database of media partners;
analyzing the effectiveness of PR campaigns, preparing reports;
organization of participation of the Ukraineinvest’s team in forums, exhibitions, presentations;
work with contractors (photo, video, journalists, design, merchandise): formulation of terms of reference, the conclusion of contracts, document management, quality control of services, etc.;
creating presentations for different audiences;
writing announcements and distributing them in the media;
updating information about activities on the website;
preparation of monthly organizational and partnership reports;
co-organisation of events aimed at promoting Ukraine’s investment potential in Ukraine and globally.

Basic qualifications for the position are:

at least three years of experience in communications, PR, marketing;
experience in cooperation with the media;
experience in developing and implementing a communication plan;
fluency in Ukrainian and English.

Working conditions:

full-time;
a wide range of contacts in the business and public sectors;
internal team training.

The position requires working within the territory of Ukraine.
