UkraineInvest and HANetf Strengthen Cooperation to Support Ukraine’s Reconstruction

The UkraineInvest team held a strategic meeting with the leadership of HANetf, one of Europe’s leading ETF platforms. The key objective of the partnership is to attract global capital for Ukraine’s recovery through specialized financial instruments.

The central topic of discussion between the UkraineInvest team and Hector McNeil, Co-CEO and Co-founder of HANetf, was the development of the Ukraine Reconstruction UCITS ETF (UKRN) – the world’s first specialized exchange-traded fund focused on Ukraine’s recovery.

HANetf is a leading European platform for the creation of innovative exchange-traded funds. The UCITS ETF (UKRN) is already listed on major European stock exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange (UK), Deutsche Börse (Germany) and Borsa Italiana (Italy), providing international investors with a transparent instrument for accessing assets linked to Ukraine’s recovery.

Cooperation priorities: from investments to IPOs:

• Organizing investor events in Europe’s financial hubs to stimulate direct investment;
• Direct engagement with investors regarding capital investments in specific Ukrainian business projects;
• Joint identification and preparation of Ukrainian companies for access to international capital markets (IPO/SPO);
• Methodological support for the inclusion of Ukrainian assets in international indices and ETF structures.

Important: HANetf announced the launch of a “fast-track” framework for Ukrainian companies. This initiative will enable Ukrainian businesses to accelerate listing procedures on international stock exchanges and receive support in deal structuring.

As part of the cooperation, UkraineInvest and HANetf will soon hold a dedicated meeting for representatives of Ukrainian businesses. The event will focus on practical aspects of capital structuring and requirements for issuers within the context of the global recovery strategy.
