According to the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information, the Ukrainian electronic procurement system Prozorro.Продажі took the first place in the Transparent Public Procurement Rating with 97 points out of 100.
The rating evaluates public procurement legislation and the enforcement process around the globe and focuses on integrity and transparency based on the 64 indicators. The top five countries besides Ukraine are Moldova, Columbia, Georgia and Paraguay.
