The Ukrainian government has allocated UAH 1 billion in the 2024 state budget to promote the creation and development of industrial parks

Industrial parks are to be developed as key centres for industrialising the economy, attracting investment and creating new jobs.

Ukrainian legislation provides for a number of economic incentives for participants in industrial parks, including

Exemption from corporate income tax for 10 years for a specified list of activities, provided that the funds not paid to the budget are reinvested in the company;

Exemption from import VAT and customs duties on equipment according to the UKTZED code list, provided that such equipment is used by the participant exclusively within the territory of the industrial park, without the right to lease or sell it.

The conditions for establishing an industrial park are detailed in the Guide of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

To date, there are 77 industrial parks registered in Ukraine, 7 were added to the register in 2024, while 4 were excluded.
