The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine begins the selection of Ukrainian companies to participate in the Business Fair at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 in Rome

The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has launched an open competition for private Ukrainian companies wishing to present their investment projects on the international stage. Selected companies will have the opportunity to participate in the Business Fair, which will be held as part of the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) on 10-11 July 2025 in Rome, Italy.

The Business Fair will run parallel to the main conference programme and will feature 120 exhibition stands, including 30 international companies, 30 Italian companies, 30 Ukrainian companies and 30 regional representatives from Ukraine.

To be eligible for the selection process, companies must meet the following requirements:

be a private company registered in Ukraine with Ukrainian beneficiaries;
successfully operate in the market for at least three years;

Priority Sectors include:

Energy / Renewable Energy

Infrastructure / Transport / Logistics

Defence / Strategic Industries

Manufacturing / Processing / Agribusiness

Critical Materials / Mining

Innovation / High Technology / Digital Solutions

Additional Selection Criteria:

no business activity in the aggressor country;
production of high value-added goods;
a track record of successfully implemented projects and a willingness to present these;
at least one investment project that has undergone international legal and financial due diligence;
company representatives must have a high level of English;
preference will be given to companies using International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Applications must be submitted by 20 April 2025 via a dedicated online form.

Selected companies will be able to send two representatives to the Business Fair. However, participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs. Participation in the Business Fair does not guarantee participation in the main platform of the Ukraine Recovery Conference.

About the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC)

The Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) is an annual international event aimed at coordinating global efforts for the reconstruction of Ukraine. The 2025 edition will take place on 10-11 July in Rome, Italy.
