The concept of the Tyachiv industrial park envisages the creation of up to 3,100 new manufacturing jobs on the 61.47 hectare site. Glass and glassware will be produced on the site, as well as woodworking companies, companies processing, finishing and cutting decorative and building stone and other products. At the same time, the park plans to carry out scientific and technical activities, work in the field of information and telecommunications, alternative energy, energy storage, etc.

Smila Industrial Park will be built on an area of 61.32 hectares. It is planned to create up to 3,000 jobs in the areas of agricultural processing and scientific and technical research. Promising areas of activity for companies in the industrial park could include the production and development of technologies needed to restore and modernise Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. It is planned to produce components and equipment for wind and solar power plants, equipment for storing energy produced by biomethane plants as a clean energy source, etc.

There are currently 81 industrial parks in the register of industrial parks. The state budget for 2024 allocates UAH 1 billion for the implementation of the industrial parks development programme.
