The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has registered the new KOVEL PORTO industrial park

The concept of the park envisages investments totalling almost UAH 358 million and the creation of 587 jobs.

The park will be located in the city of Kovel. The 11.6 hectare site will be home to manufacturing companies:

manufacture of finished metal products, machinery and equipment;
repair and installation of machinery and equipment, etc.

“Since the beginning of the year, 16 new industrial parks have been registered. This is more than we had in the whole year of 2023 or 2022. The trend shows an increasing interest from companies to work in the parks. It also shows that local authorities understand the additional opportunities for the regional economy created by the work of the parks. The development of industrial parks is part of the “Made in Ukraine” economic policy, so the government will provide comprehensive support in this area. In particular, this year’s state budget allocates UAH 1 billion for the development of industrial parks,” said Deputy Minister of Economy Vitaliy Kindrativ.
