The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has registered the Industrial Park of Technology and Business in the Lviv region

The new industrial park will be located in the Novoyavoriv territorial community. It is expected to attract UAH 210.5 million in investments from investors and UAH 1.4 million from the local budget for its development.

The technology and business park will create up to 450 jobs in the processing industry. In particular, it will produce high value-added goods such as computers, electronic and optical products, and electrical equipment.

There are now 91 registered industrial parks in Ukraine. The registration of an industrial park entitles it to state incentives, for which UAH 1 billion has been earmarked in the 2024 budget. These include compensation for the cost of building engineering and transport infrastructure, the cost of connecting to the power grid, tax and customs concessions, etc.
