🎮 Swedish Embracer group is acquiring a 100% stake in the Ukrainian game developing studio 4A Games. The total amount of the deal is $36 million.
📌 4A Games is well-known for the successful development of Metro series, ARKTIKA.1 and highly immersive VR shooter for Oculus Touch. The company was founded in 2005 and currently possesses a team of more than 150 people in Kyiv and Sliema (Malta).
