🏢 The State Property Fund published a list of 4,262 facilities to lease through the electronic auction.
📌 The total area of the buildings is 2.5 million square kilometers, the production facilities, warehouses, and office spaces accounted for the biggest chunk. There are also six sites available for the alternative energy at Chornobyl and 61 spots to be leased at the state airports.
✅ Top five regions that have the biggest amount of sq. km for leasing are Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Rivne and Mykolaiv.
