Our Team: Investment Advisory Department

The UkraineInvest team is a group of professionals united by common goals and values. As part of the #teamUkraineInvest section, we continue to tell the story of the Investment Promotion Department.

Main areas of activity:

identifying potential investors and conducting negotiations to facilitate investment in Ukraine;
promoting the investment potential and improving the international image of Ukraine as an attractive investment destination;
providing information support to investors during the preparation and implementation of their investment projects in Ukraine and during the operational phase, including information and advisory assistance and support;
coordination of investors’ interaction with state and local authorities to ensure effective cooperation and accelerate project implementation;
promoting cooperation between investors and companies jointly implementing investment projects in Ukraine in cooperation with state and local authorities;
participation in the identification of systemic problems arising during the implementation of investment projects and investors’ activities in Ukraine;
coordination of investors’ actions with executive, tax and other public authorities in order to solve possible problems.

Maksym Bondarenko is the head of the department, a qualified corporate lawyer with over 15 years of experience. He leads a team that has supported over 10 investment projects worth over USD 1.3 billion, with a focus on agro-processing and green technologies.

Andriy Ryzvanyuk is an investment advisor who provides communication with government agencies, foreign companies, development agencies and business associations. Areas of expertise: real estate, logistics, waste management. He has more than 20 years of international business experience, including as deputy head of Sumitomo Corporation in Ukraine.

Nazar Kohut is an investment advisor responsible for liaising with government agencies and supporting foreign direct investment projects. He specialises in real estate, logistics and land transactions. He has experience in providing legal support to Polish-Ukrainian companies.

Yevgen Sariy is an investment advisor, working in accounting and auditing with expertise in corporate finance and financial analysis. Also a programmer with experience in developing and maintaining accounting software.

Inna Storozhenko is an investment advisor, working with international companies and SMEs, responsible for investment consulting in Ukraine and coordinating work with regions. She has experience in foreign trade, investment banking and investment fund management.

Natalia Synelnyk is an investment advisor who coordinates the office’s interaction with central executive authorities and government agencies. She has experience in organisational support and working with documents in government structures.

One of the most powerful ways to communicate that foreign businesses can and do operate successfully in Ukraine is through the voices that matter most to potential investors – those of other businesses.
