Key topics included:

  • Ukraine’s effective system of investor protection and facilitation, supported by UkraineInvest;
  • explanations from UkraineInvest experts on state investment incentives for private investors, including mechanisms that reimburse up to 30% of significant investments made in key sectors of Ukraine’s economy;
  • available tools for insuring private investors against war-related risks;
  • strategic opportunities for Canadian businesses in manufacturing, energy (biogas, biomethane), logistics, transport, warehousing, electronic communications, extractive industries, healthcare, and research and development;
  • practical case studies and experiences of Canadian and international companies already operating in Ukraine.

The webinar provided Canadian companies with practical tools, up-to-date information, and networking opportunities to support their successful entry into the Ukrainian market and participation in the country’s long-term recovery and development.
