M10 Lviv Industrial Park gets a tenant

The first phase of the modern logistics complex being developed by Dragon Capital will be leased to the Aurora retail chain.

The park is located in Lviv’s Ryasne-2 industrial zone, 60km from the Krakivets checkpoint on the Polish border. It covers an area of 23.5 hectares and consists of six plots.

The further development of the industrial park envisages the construction of five more phases in the form of modern logistics and production complexes in the build-to-suit format (design and construction of a facility for a customer). The developer offers the possibility to develop an individual project, ensures high speed of construction and connection to networks, and organises common infrastructure for all residents of the industrial park.

The project is expected to

  • strengthen Ukraine’s infrastructure capacity and the economic landscape of the Lviv region;
  • create jobs and help attract additional investment to the country.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has already invested USD 5.5 million in the M10 Lviv Industrial Park, bringing its total investment to USD 24.5 million. The World Bank’s Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) has provided a 10-year guarantee to M10 Lviv Industrial Park. The guarantee for the USD 9.2 million investment covers the risks of physical destruction of the facility as a result of hostile fire and/or loss of control.

The involvement of these organisations further enhances the credibility of the project with local partners and signals the resilience of the Ukrainian economy despite martial law.
