Legal Counsel - UkraineInvest

Key Responsibilities:

сonducting legal analysis of investment, corporate, and regulatory legislation;
developing and proposing solutions to address challenges faced by investors;
contributing to the preparation of proposals aimed at improving investment legislation;
supporting the Investment Advisory Team by drafting relevant legal and regulatory materials;
drafting and reviewing legal documents on behalf of UkraineInvest.

Requirements:

Complete higher education in “Law” and/or “International Law”.
At least 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Knowledge of investment, civil, administrative, corporate, and other legislation.
Understanding of the basics of regional and municipal investment and business environments, as well as the regional specifics of Ukraine.
Fluency in the state language.
English proficiency at a level sufficient to perform job duties.
Willingness to travel within Ukraine and abroad.
