Lead Legal Counsel - UkraineInvest

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and consultations to investors regarding regulatory requirements and procedures.
Analyze regulatory risks associated with investment projects.
Facilitate effective interaction and communication between investors and government authorities.
Assist in the structuring of investment arrangements, including investment agreements, joint ventures (JVs), M&A transactions, and shareholders’ agreements.
Prepare and draft comprehensive legal opinions.
Support the Investment Advisory Team during engagements and negotiations with investors.

Requirements:

Complete higher education in “Law” and/or “International Law”.
At least 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Knowledge of investment and other legislation.
Understanding of the basics of regional and municipal investment and business environments, as well as the regional specifics of Ukraine.
Experience working with commercial contracts, investment agreements, or M&A documentation.
Fluency in the state language.
English proficiency at a level sufficient to perform job duties.
Willingness to travel within Ukraine and abroad.
