Graphic Designer - UkraineInvest

UkraineInvest is a government institution for investment promotion and facilitation in Ukraine, established by the Government of Ukraine to attract and support investment in the country’s economy.

UkraineInvest showcases Ukraine’s investment opportunities, builds connections between investors and Ukrainian businesses, supports investors throughout every stage of investment project implementation, and helps strengthen Ukraine’s international investment image.

UkraineInvest is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the institution’s visual communications and will create modern, professional, and accessible design materials for Ukrainian and international audiences.

Responsibilities:

Developing and adapting visual materials in line with UkraineInvest’s brand guidelines and consistent visual identity
Designing presentations for investors, international partners, business events, conferences, and meetings
Designing analytical materials, investment guides, sector overviews, reports, and other information products
Creating infographics and clear visualizations of economic, investment, and statistical data
Creating visual content for social media, the website, email campaigns, and other UkraineInvest digital channels
Designing event materials, including banners, exhibition stands, programmes, invitations, badges, information materials, and other branded products
Preparing print-ready artwork and ensuring compliance with technical requirements
Creating and developing templates for presentations, information materials, and digital content to ensure a consistent communication style
Contributing to the development and evolution of UkraineInvest’s visual identity and corporate brand guidelines
Adapting existing design materials for different formats, platforms, and communication channels
Basic photo editing and retouching
Collaborating with the communications team and subject-matter experts to turn complex information into clear and compelling visual solutions
Liaising with printing companies, contractors, and other external providers of design and printing services
Maintaining and organizing UkraineInvest’s library of visual materials and brand assets
Ensuring consistent application of UkraineInvest’s visual identity across all communication materials

Required qualifications and skills:

A higher education degree in marketing, advertising, design, or a related field
At least one year of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the corporate sector, PR, a creative agency, an international organization, or a government institution
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and the ability to create professional presentations
Skills in creating infographics and data visualizations
Experience with Figma and Canva will be an advantage
A strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
Experience using AI tools to create visuals will be an advantage
Video editing or motion design skills will be an advantage
The ability to work with large volumes of information and identify the most effective way to present it visually
Fluency in Ukrainian and a level of English sufficient to work with English-language materials
Strong self-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on several tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
