Based on the transparent procurement procedure the consulting company Ernst & Young will lead the feasibility study of the concession project in Chornomorsk seaport. According to the Ministry of Infrastructure, the concession of the railway-ferry terminal in the port could attract UAH 150 million of investments and up. The bidding process itself is envisaged to take place in the first half of 2021.
