Dragon Capital, one of the largest groups of companies in Ukraine, plans to build the E40 Industrial Park project, located at the 27th kilometer of the Kyiv-Zhytomyr highway (Kolonshchyna village). The implementation of the first stage of E40 Industrial Park premises is expected to be launched in 2021.
The total area of the industrial park premises will be 200 thousand square meters, which will include Class A production and storage facilities, cross-docking terminals, office and household and infrastructure facilities (hotel, truck maintenance station, etc.), reads the company’s press release.
The company has been operating in Ukraine for more than 20 years having invested in leading manufacturing and service companies as well as iconic residential and commercial real estate projects.
