Business opportunities in Ukraine, particularly under the Ukraine Facility Programme, were presented to Polish entrepreneurs

The Foreign Trade Office of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) in Lviv organised the first business breakfast in cooperation with the MSPPU. The event was attended by Polish entrepreneurs already operating in Ukraine, as well as companies considering entering the Ukrainian market.

The main topic of the meeting was the new business opportunities offered by the Ukraine Facility Programme, as well as banking and insurance products available to entrepreneurs operating in Ukraine.

UkraineInvest was represented by Nazar Kohut, an Investment Advisor from the Investment Advisory Department, who focused on government incentives for investors provided by the Law on Significant Investments and shared examples of successful projects implemented after 24 February 2022. The prospects of deepening cooperation between Ukraine and Poland were also discussed.

The Business Breakfast brought together more than 50 participants both in a physical format and online. Among the speakers were representatives of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy of Poland, Kredobank, PZU Ukraine and SDM Partners law firm.
