BGV Group Management and UkraineInvest have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at attracting international financing and government support for the implementation of significant investment projects in the Ukrainian mining industry, with a particular focus on the exploration, extraction and processing of critical raw materials (CRM).
The cooperation will focus on the BGV Graphite project, which involves the exploration, extraction and processing of critical materials such as graphite.
Under this partnership, UkraineInvest will provide informational, legal, advisory and organisational support for the investment component of the BGV Graphite project, while facilitating effective interaction between investors and government agencies.
The BGV Graphite project is a large-scale initiative developed by Rozvytok Pobuzhzhya, located in the Kirovohrad region, and includes the construction of a mineral processing plant and a spherical graphite production facility for lithium-ion batteries. The BGV Group has been working on this project for over six years, with plans to enter the global and European battery supply chain.
This partnership marks a significant step in the development of the Ukrainian mining sector and the attraction of strategic investments that will strengthen Ukraine’s position in the international market.
