At the invitation of TheCityUK, the UkraineInvest delegation visited the Møller Institute (Churchill College, Cambridge) and spent three days discussing the principles, rules and approaches to attracting investment to the Ukrainian economy with the best experts in the field of investment policy and law enforcement in the UK.

At the invitation of UkraineInvest, representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine took part in the event.

The UkraineInvest team, together with our colleagues in London:

  • engaged in a dialogue on the role and place of the private sector in Ukraine’s economic development;
  • discussed international best practices in the establishment and operation of IPAs;
  • analysed cases of global IPAs in attracting investment;
  • discussed ways of effective use of investment policy instruments in Ukraine in relation to economic processes during the armed aggression of the russian federation.

In addition, our foreign colleagues shared their experience in resolving investment disputes and discussed the most effective investment incentives available to investors in the UK and other countries.

The UkraineInvest team is sincerely grateful to its partners for the in-depth and productive dialogue.
