Parliament supports the insurance of investments against war risks.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a basis the draft law No. 9015, which allows the Export Credit Agency – EKA to insure investments of Ukrainian and foreign companies in Ukraine against military risks.

The document was developed with the aim of creating conditions for increasing investments in Ukraine in connection with military operations and post-war reconstruction. In particular, it is proposed to eliminate the gaps that limit the possibility of insuring domestic investments by the Export Credit Agency, including in the conditions of military operations and post-war reconstruction.
