Head of Legal Affairs and Regulatory Policy Department of UkraineInvest Yevhenii Shakotko took part in the First International Conference on Agricultural Law where he spoke about the possibilities under the law on “investment nannies” for innovative projects in the agricultural sector.

At the discussion panel dedicated to infrastructure issues, Yevhenii explained the system of state support for investment projects with significant investments, which, in particular, provides special investment incentives for potential foreign and national investors in the agricultural processing sector. The requirements for investment projects and applicants, the scope, forms of state support, and the procedure for evaluating investment projects under the “investment nannies” law were presented.

As of September 2021, UkraineInvest provides support to 5 investment projects in the agricultural processing sector that meet the requirements of the law.
